Advertisement prices

The advertisement of every new estate is free of charges in the first three months and there it is not compulsory
to renew it afterwords. This trial period is available for those advertisements who are being published for the
first time on Holidaycafe. If there were not more than three contacts during the trail period than it can be renewed.

After the three months trial period has expired you may choose between the following options:

A property must be subscribed for. If an owner advertises more than one property, he must pay for each of
advertisement.


Guarantee:

Unless there is at least five contacting letters during the payed advertisement period the subscription can
be renewed freely.

- Possibility for a detailed description of the property.

- Possibility to upload 7 pictures, and to illustrate the ad of the property.

- Possibility to change the ads on-line.

- Appearance of the ads on an individual website.

- The information requests of the vacationer members of Holidaycafe about the properties go directly
and instantly to the advertiser.

- Opinion sharing system

- Helpdesk via e-mail in the available languages at Holidaycafe.

- Statistics of the advertisements

Holidaycafe is improving constantly and provides more and more free services to its subscribers.


Advertisement order:

You need to have a Holidaycafe proprietary membership registration in order to subscribe. You can
order an advertisement in the my items menu by clicking on 'Extension of advertisement'.

Possible methods of payment:

3. Moneybookers, an international internet based corporation. (Attention! You have to registrate at
Moneybookers first and open a free account that may be useful and comfortable later when the
renters are sending a deposit for the advance booking. Maximum security, the beneficiary cannot
see the details of the card of the sender.)
