This luxury duplex penthouse is on the second and third floors of a modern Art Deco style complex of 30 apartments set in attractive landscaped communal gardens to the front and rear. On the ground floor of the apartment are the two very spacious bedrooms. One has twin beds, plus a double sofa-bed, well-stocked library, TV and music area and overlooks the rear gardens. The second has a new very comfortable new king size bed and en-suite bathroom.

Carpeted stairs lead to the upper floor where the patio windows flood the sitting room with light. The sitting room has a large sofa and two arm chairs, a flat screen multi-channel TV, video and DVD/MP3 player and overlooks the private outdoor terrace. The spacious, well designed kitchen is fitted with all the appliances you would expect to find in a first class apartment. Next to the kitchen is a contemporary style dining room which seats six people.

Other facilities include: Video entryphone, triple glazing throughout, wireless internet access, private terrace with table and chairs, plug adaptors, well-stocked book and video library. Car parking for two cars included is in the price. There is no elevator. A large shared garden is located at the rear of the property and there are several beautiful parks nearby - perfect for summer picnics. Ealing Broadway with its many shops and restaurants is just a short walk through the park or five minutes by bus.

It is conveniently located a few steps from Northfields underground station on the Piccadilly line which serves Heathrow and Central London. Northfields has a friendly, village atmosphere and is in a vibrant, safe area of West London in the borough of Ealing - with its university, parks and tree-lined streets. There is an excellent range of small independent shops in the local area for fresh fruit and vegetables, meat, bakery and organic produce together with a variety of restaurants, wine bars and pubs all within easy walking distance.
