How does our feedback system operate?

On the first contact, when the holidaymaker sends an e-mail from Holidaycafe site to the owner for the first time, the owner will get another e-mail at the same time with the  questionnaire, where the registration number of this contact can be found.

When the holiday is over  the owner will send this questionnaire filled in to our portal, according to our regulations, with the feedback on the holidaymakers behaviour.

At the same time the holidaymakers will get a questionnaire also for commenting on the property and its owner.

It may seem an extra work now, but don’t forget, we prefer choosing accommodation for holidays, that were appreciated by others, and we are pleased to let somebody into our home, of whom other property owners had a good opinion.

We draw our members’ attention to keeping the questionnaire received in the first contact by e-mail.
