Holidaycafe - Membership Conditions

Our holidaymakers and holiday home owner members follow five vital principles, and respect them by their behaviour.

I am a holidaymaker

  1. All the data I provide are true, and appropriate.
  2. I will use the rented holiday home as if it were my own home,  keep it neat and tidy.
    I will not bother the neighbourhood with my behaviour, noise and pestering.
  3. I am responsible for the possible damages caused during my stay. Not including 
    malfunctions of equipments, appliances originating from normal operation or poor quality.
  4. Accommodation will be returned in the state as it was in the time of receiving it.
  5. On completing my holiday, I will comment on my holiday home (simple module) to help 
    other vacationers in having more info on the holiday home.

I am a holiday home owner

  1. All the data I provide are true and appropriate.
  2. I provide a detailed description of my holiday home as required by Holidaycafe, and these
    data are in full compliance with the real data and characteristics of my holiday home. This
    way I can prevent causing any “surprise” for my future guests on arrival.
  3. My holiday home to rent is neat and tidy, appliances are in good condition, the holiday home's comfort
    level (water, gas, power..) complies with the national standards and operate well, providing my
    “tenants” with every circumstances needed for a good vacation in my holiday home.
  4. I am ready to help my tenants in eliminating any possible malfunction in my holiday home in the
    shortest possible time. I keep my holiday home file data and the incorporated reservation log always up to date.
  5. I will comment my tenants after their departure (simple module) to help my holiday home owner
    colleagues in obtaining more info on their future tenants.

Holidaycafe undertakes the following

Provide place for meeting between the demand and the offer for their mutual benefit

Exclude those members from our site (without reimbursement) whose behaviour was not acceptable for the normal human behaving standard, or insulted other members of Holidaycafe (e.g false data), or exclusion suggestion was received against them.

Guarantee that personal data provided by our members are available only and exclusively for  registered Holidaycafe members for contact purposes (Only partly even for them).

Holidaycafe technically protects members data and handles them according to the law. Privacy statement
